User Agreement

General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms of use of the website [vacuum.mindsolo.net] (the "Website"). By logging in and using the Website and its tools, the user (the "User") fully agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. The Website is designed to provide information about useful smart home features, including a voice lines database, a firmware library, and various smart home control guides.

Non-commercial nature

2.1. The Website does not provide commercial services and is intended exclusively for non-commercial purposes. All materials and information on the Website are for personal use only.

2.2. The donation subscription and one-time donations that may be sent to support the developer are voluntary assistance and do not imply the receipt of any services or products. The User has no right to demand anything from the developer in return.

2.3. Refunds and donation terms

• All voluntary payments ("donations", "subscriptions") made by the User in favor of the Developer are gratuitous support and are not refundable under any circumstances.
• The User confirms that a donation or subscription is not a payment for any services, products, or obligations on the part of the Developer.
• In the event of an erroneous transfer or other disputes related to donations or subscriptions, the User must notify the Developer within 24 hours from the moment of payment. After this period, claims will not be accepted.
• The Developer reserves the right to refuse to satisfy claims related to donations and subscriptions if such claims do not comply with the terms of this Agreement.

Rights and obligations

3.1. The User has the right to:

• Use the functions and tools of the Website available for their device;
• Receive informational notifications in any convenient way — in the Personal Account, by email, or in the Telegram channel chat.

3.2. The User agrees that:

• The Developer reserves the right to block/delete the User’s Account and/or suspend, restrict, or terminate the User’s access to any of the tools and/or delete all or some of the materials posted by the User in a tool, without explanation and without prior notice to the User.

3.3. The User undertakes to:

• Comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other documents posted on the Website;
• Bear full responsibility for posting materials on the Website and independently, at their own expense, settle any third-party claims related to such postings;
• Understand and agree that donations and donation subscriptions are voluntary assistance and do not create any obligations for the Developer;
• Confirm that the use of data and materials provided on the Website does not infringe the Developer’s intellectual property rights.

Intellectual property

4.1. All materials posted on the Website, including but not limited to texts, images, videos, software, and other objects, are the intellectual property of the Developer.

4.2. The User is granted a limited right to use the Website materials exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Dispute resolution procedure

5.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the Developer and the User.

Changes to the Agreement

6.1. The Developer reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.

Disclaimer

7.1. The Developer disclaims liability for any losses or issues arising from the use of the Website and its tools, as well as from unauthorized use of materials by third parties or violations of intellectual property rights.

Warranties and liability

8.1. The Website is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

Privacy

9.1. All personal data of the User transmitted to the Developer through the Website is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.
